Can you believe I let her stay this way, crying, while I ran for the camera?
Today I was busy getting dinner ready in the kitchen. Kaylee was happily playing in the living room with the open dryer door. She's fascinated by it (and loves to take the clothes out and throw them on the floor). I heard her start to fuss, which quickly progressed into crying.
I went out to see what was going on, and this is what I found. Apparently, her legs slid under the open lid and she considered herself stuck. She was absolutely beside herself. Her head had to be no more than an inch of the floor, but she was hanging on for dear life and wouldn't let go, never letting her head touch the floor below.

Hey, we have to capture each moment don't we? They will never believe the torture they put us through if we don't get it on film (we don't need to tell them that we are laughing our arses off do we?).
I adore the photo!
This made me laugh, though. She was so upset, but she was totally safe. It must have felt like is she let go she was going to fall and fall and fall, but she was inches away. Haha. Poor thing.
My WW is @ http://ordinaryandawesome.blogspot.com/2009/03/wordless-wednesday-i-faces.html
Trust me....she'll remember and get even. [kidding!]

We're bloggers, Sera. Every last one of us would have done the exact same thing. :)
That is hilarious!!! I had a good chuckle - good thing Kaylee doesn't actually know me. :)
And I totally would have gotten the camera, too. Hopefully she'll see the humor in the situation in a few years.
I love it!!!
Awwww, look at that face...did you stop to set up the tripod too?
